Ixtapa Palace Hotel, Ixtapa (Guerrero)

We had a lovely stay at Ixtapa Palace, where the large pool and friendly vibe really stood out. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for a family getaway, but we found the dining options a little limited. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. However, accessing the beach requires a cab, which can be a bit of an inconvenience.

I recently stayed at a hotel that has a mixed bag of experiences. While the staff were polite and helpful, the lack of additional services like food options and room amenities left me wanting more. The pools were a nice feature, but the overall condition of the place was a letdown—especially the uncomfortable beds. The location was decent, but I'd suggest considering other options if you're looking for a more complete stay.

My stay at the resort was overall enjoyable. It's a charming, older property that's undergoing renovations, so I can see improvements on the horizon. The pools are beautiful and inviting, and it’s conveniently located near shopping and dining areas. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, which is manageable, but it would have been nice if it were closer. While the atmosphere is lovely, I noticed some areas are showing their age, which detracted slightly from the overall experience.

Ixtapa Palace is a lovely place for families, with clean and comfortable rooms and a fantastic pool area complete with a waterfall and swim-up bar. The location is superb, just a block from the beach and surrounded by great shops and dining options. However, the hotel could benefit from some updates, as some facilities are in disrepair, and the Wi-Fi connection was frustratingly slow during my stay.
